Conifer plug seedlings have the advantage of having soil attached to the root system. When you seedlings arrive, please unpack the seedlings. Plugs should be watered as soon as possible.

If your plugs are shipped in their styrofoam containers, you may leave them in there until they can be planted  in the ground or potted.  If your seedlings are shipped in plastic bags, they should be taken out of the bag and planted or potted. Always try to get your plants into the ground or transplant bed as soon as possible.

Each of our conifer plugs are grown in styrofoam block trays from seedling until harvest. They are in these trays year round.
